Zach Lokken. Lock that name away in your brains, because it is likely you'll be hearing it again as we near the summer Olympics. This handsome, personable DHS student is leaving in January to start training for a spot on the 2012 C1 team. Not many people out west take on this interesting looking canoe that mimics the playfulness of a kayak. In fact, not many people have even heard of it, but Zach is on his way to mastering it. We were honored to photograph him this fall and we wish him all the luck in the world to reach his goal!
Kyla and Wesley have the innate ability to capture the human expression in creative and artful ways. The success of their business is reflected in the quality of their work. Sure we all own a camera and try to capture the special moments in life, but Kyla and Wesley have the ability to transform the ordinary to extraordinary. I have the pleasure of working near them everyday, but more importantly, we all have the opportunity to learn, grow and experience their transformative gifts. – Heather Leavitt (Publisher of Arts Perspective Magazine)
